FOR-TRADE: piano and bench in Carleton Place, Ontario

Parlor size piano (slightly smaller than a full keyboard). with matching bench with storage space inside. Needs tuning as central keys are out of tune but was serviced about 5 years ago and there were no issues at that time and it hasn't been played or moved since.
Willing to do a trade: In need of a white laminate table top (round) for an Ikea table - I have the legs or I could use a glass or wooden patio table in good shape. If you have something else to offer that you think might be of interest, I'm open to offers. Someone who likes to weed an old garden or dig up two shrubs and relocate them for me when you're here? Services might be accepted too. I don't really need anything, so if you have a need or you have a worthwhile cause, maybe it can be yours for free.
Note that It is located in Carleton Place (in town) on the main floor. 2 steps outside after a step to the concrete landing. You must move it.
